30-Day Quality Guarantee

Every Lifestyle Blankets order is carefully inspected before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at admin@lifestyleblankets.com. We’ll review the issue and, when approved, arrange a replacement or other appropriate solution. Lifestyle Blankets covers return and replacement shipping when the problem is our mistake.

Personalized and made-to-order items

Because personalized and made-to-order blankets are created specifically for you, we can’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for ordering mistakes, customer-supplied personalization errors, a change of mind, or color differences caused by screen settings. This does not affect our 30-Day Quality Guarantee for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Unused, non-personalized ready-to-ship items

Unused, non-personalized ready-to-ship items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition received, unused, with any tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping on these returns.

Starting a return

Contact us at admin@lifestyleblankets.com before sending anything back. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions. Approved returns should be sent to: P.O. Box 165, Gold Hill, NC 28071. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exceptions

Sale items and gift cards are not returnable. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law. The item must be in the same condition received, unused, with any tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you after receiving and inspecting an approved return. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and credit-card companies may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact admin@lifestyleblankets.com.
